At Everyday Pilates, we offer three Intro to Pilates classes each week to help you get started on your Pilates journey. Our intro classes are held on Mondays at 5 PM and Tuesdays at 1 PM. In this class, you'll learn the basics of Pilates, focusing on breathwork, alignment, and core engagement.

When you're ready to move on, we invite you to explore our other class options and graduate to the next level whenever you feel ready!

Each movement is deliberate, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and welcoming space.
